Key responsibilities within the role include:
- Provide advisory services to a varied portfolio of clients
- Manage a small team, ensuring clients' compliance obligations are met
- Ensure the productivity and quality of the work being produced across all team members
- Budget and workflow management
- Identify opportunity to extend service offerings across the firm
About you
We seek an experienced and capable Business Services Accountant with strong technical foundations in addition to a keen interest in supporting the growth and development of a team.
You will have exceptional communication and leadership skills that will enable you to motivate your team to deliver high quality client service at all times.
With a genuine interest in continued personal and professional development, and a willingness to provide support to others, you will also be hard working and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
We need you to be:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experienced supervising/managing staff
- Previous exposure to a range of technical tax issues across a variety of clients/industries
