Your new company
Your new company is a well-established, large manufacturing organisation. They are currently seeking an experienced AR/ Credit Control Officer to join their team on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
Your new role
Your new role will require you to undertake the full function duties of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control. Working in a small team, you will be required to manage a large sized ledger. Your duties will involve, but are not limited to:
- Producing invoicing
- Collection of outstanding debts
- Keeping on top of monies due
- Handling debtor enquiries
- Keeping records of customers' payment behaviours
- Setting credit limits and checking creditor's liquidity
- Reconciling all accounts
- Ad hoc accounting and administration duties
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you must have recent and strong experience as an AR/ Credit Control Officer. You must have experience processing this function using a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc. You must have clear and concise communication skills as you will be liaising with various debtors and creditors. You must be immediately available to work and be able to commit to the entire 6 month contract.
