About the opportunity
As a Commercial Analyst, you will have a vital responsibility in guiding, developing and improving the companies current CRM/CLM platform. You will be accountable for the business analysis through trend analysis and business cases. The role will also require you to assist Sales Force orders through sample strategy, analysis and processing of all samples through SAP.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the Sales Team by generating reports
- Make sure the CRM database is running efficiently
- Support Sales Reps and Regional Sales Managers
- Help with training on new CRM features
- Contribute to improving processes within the CRM system to increase sales force effectiveness.
- Use statistical methods to analyse data to identify high/low performance areas, historical trends, exceptions and correlations.
- Ad hoc reports and tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Industry experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Driven, motivated and positive attitude
