We are seeking a Full Time Accounting Graduate, the main responsibilities within the role are to process payments, and manage invoices related to business operations. You will be responsible for a number of day to day office administration tasks, you will also be required to meet quality and KPI targets as well as providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all invoices are raised in accordance with the company schedule
- Regularly review the accounts receivable reconciliation to ensure all outstanding debtors are followed up appropriately
- Attend to any Accounts Receivable enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure all invoices are accurately recorded in the financial system
- Assist with regular review of the accounts payable reconciliation to ensure all aged balances are appropriately dealt with and follow up any outstanding invoices payable
- Requirements
- A current accounting qualification
- SAP and MYOB experience, preferable but not essential
- Previous Book keeping experience, preferable but not essential
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people
- Highly effective organisational skills
