Accounts Receivable/Credit Officer

About the company
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable manager in the Brisbane Head Office, this client is looking to appoint an Accounts Receivable officer. The company takes pride in providing goods and services to a range of industry and customers in Australia.
About the Role
- High volume invoicing
- Allocating cash receipts against debtors
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts by Direct credit and BPay, Eftpos, Cheques and Cash deposits
- Raise and issue invoices to suppliers
- Prepare and maintain supplier documentations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries, payments and bankings
- Liaising with the credit team
About You
- Ideally having experience in a blue collar industry
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure at high volumes
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Receivable position
- Strong communication skills and being able to liaise with external and internal stakeholders with confidence
- Strong work ethic and a proven ability to show resilience
