Summary:

This role functions as part of a global specialized team, working with the best and latest MDM practices and SAP data knowledge, your primary area of responsibility will be to provide vendor price list management support. A careful worker comfortable managing detail, you will need a solid understanding of the business priorities and be able to schedule tasks/workload according to the demands and requirements of the company ensuring SLA’s and deadlines are met.

The role will require a flexible approach to accommodate the regional nature of the teams and the business units supported. You must be able to work on your own initiative depending on the project or task. There is the possibility of occasional travel.

Areas of responsibility:

• Regional vendor price list upload management such as:
  • Act as primary liaison with business stakeholders to ensure materials data is processed quickly and accurately into the ERP system.
  • Coordinate Vendor Price updates with uploads, team and business stakeholders.
  • Manage ad-hoc changes and requests for part and pricing setup.
  • Work with the data management team to ensure system data quality
  • Maintain Complementary items
  • Manage quality control reports to ensure proactive corrections to material data.
  • Prepare price change reports
• Additional Master data maintenance updates such as:
  • Pricing schedules
  • Margin thresholds
  • Product restrictions
  • Business Rules Maintenance
  • Customer Data

Required

• Good Experience with data manipulation and management.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• SQL Knowledge

• Good English both verbal and written
• Maths or Science A Level or equivalent

• SAP Material Master
