Senior Business Analyst, Alexandria NSW

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our National Finance Team for BlueScope Building Components in Alexandria, NSW.

What is the Role?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical and reporting support to three key businesses that form part of Lysaght - BlueScope Building Components.

You will ensure key financial results are accurately reported, support the month end process and reconciliations, provide prompt support and guidance to key managers and supply information to the national commercial team as required.  Additionally, you will monitor business KPI’s, and initiate discussions with stakeholders around opportunities for improvement.

This role will see you work closely with multiple stakeholders including Commercial Teams, State Finance Managers, Operations Teams, and Sales & Marketing.

To be successful in this role, you will also possess:•Tertiary qualification in Accounting as well as CPA/CA qualified
•Extensive accounting experience in a commercial environment
•Business acumen along with high analytical skills
•Strong IT literacy
