The role available is a permanent end-to-end accounts receivable position based in Melbourne’s CBD. The role includes an attractive salary and the opportunity for personal development which will include additional system training. This role would be ideal for a candidate that has previous AR experience who is also immediately available to start work.

Our client is a large retail organisation located in Melbourne’s CBD. This company is a well-established retail brand that has offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our client has an excellent team culture in which they work closely together to meet project-driven targets.
Description
Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
- Full function accounts receivable processes
- Chase payments over the phone/by mail or email
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues
- Conduct credit checks
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Generate financial statements and reports monthly
Profile
The successful candidate must have the following experience:
- Previous experience in an end-to-end accounts receivable role
- Previous experience within the property industry is preferred but not essential
- Has experience using Excel and ERP systems such as MYOB, SAP, or Oracle
- Previous experience working with high volumes of invoices
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work in a medium sized finance team
