We are a Development/Building company expanding its operations across Australia.

This is an extremely important position for our business as you will be the primary assistant in the day-to-day running of our business.

We are seeking an Accounts Officer with a real estate background.

- Full time role
- Flexible Hours if required
- Sutherland Shire Location

Responsibilities:

- Accounts payable

- Preparation of monthly BAS

- Bank and credit card reconciliation

- Financial statement preparation for end of year

- Assist with various reports with strict due date

- Work closely with the director in project coordination and all facets of the business

- Ad hoc admin tasks

To apply you will require:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, or Real Estate
- Sound experience in accounting and administration processes;
- Advanced computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and MYOB;
- Exposure to Timberline/ERP is preferred
- Previous experience in a real estate or development industry preferred but not necessary;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work;
- Ability to work independently;
