Opportunity 
You will be joining a massive firm which has been established for 30+ years and you will be expected to meet, service, and develop clients
  
Expectation

• You will report into 2 Partners, a Principle and 2 Managers however you will sit between the managers and the intermediate and junior accountants 
• You will service clients on compliance issues such as Div 7a, FBT, CGT and you will be encouraged and put into tax planning meetings
• You will have good communication skills and you will want to network and grow your own fee base
• In growing a fee base, you will be supported by the senior members of the firm and given guidance, training and mentoring
• You will also be giving advice and support to the accountants reporting into you

This firm has efficient and effective software systems that streamline the process of preparing accounts, thus freeing up time for you to review work and develop in other areas
  
Experience

• CA/CPA qualified
• MYOB, Xero, Reckon & APS skills required
• 4+ years of experience in Australian public practice 
• Strong knowledge of Div 7a, FBT, CGT and other areas
