Charltons is a long established accountancy practice located in the Sydney CBD. We are currently recruiting for a bright bookkeeper to join our growing team. You'll be rewarded by working for a high performing and reputable firm with a friendly and inclusive culture. This is an all-round bookkeeping role. The right candidate will demonstrate a can-do attitude, be well organised with high attention to detail, be able to meet deadlines and possess strong communication skills.
Role:
You will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Assisting the senior bookkeeper
- Working hands-on with clients from a variety of industries
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll and Payroll Tax
- Superannuation
- Reporting
- BAS and IAS
Requirements and experience:
- Bookkeeping / Accounting qualification
- Experience with Xero
- Proficient Excel and Word skills
- Must speak fluent English please
- Impeccable presentation
- Australian permanent residence or citizenship is required
