JOB

As P2P Manager you’ll take the lead in purchasing, accounts payable and the expense management function. The role will focus on consistent service delivery, driving continuous improvement and building credibility for the function with business stakeholders. This role also ensures Sportsbet’s procurement of Goods and Services is governed by the principles of the Sportsbet Procurement Policy. Your accountabilities will also include:

• Ensure Sportsbet’s procurement of Goods and Services is governed by the principles of the Sportsbet Procurement Policy
• Provides support and advice to the business on purchasing and supplier interactions
• Lift compliance across key purchasing metrics including Purchase Order, Quotation guidelines and New Suppliers processes.
• Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
• Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies within the Accounts Payable area to ensure adherence to company guidelines
• Reconciliation of supplier statements including resolving outstanding issues
• Stakeholder training on Purchasing and Accounts Payable processes
• Manage the Concur expense reimbursement process and administer the corporate Credit Card Program
• Ensure expense reports are processed accurately and timely within the critical processing deadlines also ensure compliance with applicable company policies
• Lead day-to-day operations of the corporate credit card programs including issuance, cancelation and replacement of cards and resolving customer service issues
• Engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders, increasing the business knowledge on Procure to Pay process and associated Policies
• Drive a team based culture where stakeholder expectations are regularly exceeded
• Manage and develop a team with varying skills and experience

You’ll be odds on for success by leveraging some (or all) of the following competencies.

• Strong understanding of the Procure to Pay process
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong Procure to Pay experience
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business (desirable)
