Your new role
You will be interviewed for the role of Standalone Credit Control Officer.
Within this role you will be responsible for looking after all of the companies live accounts. Duties will include:
- Full function Credit Control
- Collections via email
- Allocations
- Dealing with disputes
- Account reconciliation
- Analysis and reduction of aged debt
What you'll need to succeed
This is a client relationship focused position which demands a real passion for credit control and customer service as well as a good understanding of the technical aspects of credit control and allocations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high volume key accounts, be a strong communicator and be self sufficient. They will be be confident on Excel. The ideal candidate will also have experience of working in a standalone position.
