We are currently recruiting a sought after Accounts Clerk position working close to home in Ingleburn. Working for an absolute market leader you will have the chance to work in a varied and supportive team environment.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will see you looking after:

• End to end Accounts Payable duties
• End to end Accounts Receivable duties - receivables will be a focus in this role
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Processing payments and accruals
• Stock take and inventory
• Provide back up support to payroll as required
• Overseas payments
• Inter-company reconciliations
• Month end reporting 
• Basic administrative tasks as needed including data entry and filing

The successful candidates will present with:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar position
• Be hands on and happy to do whatever is needed - a real team player
• Exceptional communication skills on both a verbal and written level
• High attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders
• A car will be required for this position with parking available onsite
