Hartley's Body Corporate Management Group is seeking a Body Corporate Accounts Administration team member to support our group businesses from our Graceville Head Office.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of monthly and year-end financial statements and management reports including balance sheets
- Intermediate to advanced skills & experience of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong knowledge and experience in GST calculations and recording
- Confident communication skills.
- Attention to detail including the ability to proof read accounting documents.
- The ability to control your workload through time management skills.
- An ability to work unsupervised.
Assigned to the accounts team the role involves:
- Financial reporting
- Client levy/debt Recovery
- External legal liaison
- Owner ledger enquiries
- Data entry
- Opening balance and building year end processing
