The Company
Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable super star to join their ranks. As a well-established figure within the Retail industry, this company is looking to expand upon their Finance team of 5. The successful applicant will report to the Finance Manager and oversee the Accounts Receivable function.
Vital to the success of the successful applicant, is their high level of accuracy and professionalism. This role is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to challenge themselves and drive their own success.
The Role
This role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Undertaking the accounts receivable function in a timely and accurate manner
- Complying with corporate requirements regarding transaction receipting and processing
- Supporting client accountants with responses to queries as required
- Administering forms, checklists, company procedures and policies
- Providing a high level of customer services when dealing with stakeholders
Your Profile
The successful applicant will possess:
- At least 2 years Accounts Receivable experience in a related role
- Preferably experience with MRI (not compulsory but highly regarded)
- An even temper and the ability to deal with difficult stakeholders
- A professional manner when communicating with others
- Excellent written and verbal communication
