Our client, one of the leaders in their field is now looking for two Accounts Payable Officers to join their team. These opportunities are due to the substantial growth of the organisation as they are continuously acquiring new customers. This is a temporary opportunity with the chance to go permanent for the right candidate.As an Accounts Payable Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and coding of invoices (up to 200 per day)
- Responding to supplier enquiries
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Experience working in a high volume processing environment
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Onsite parking available
- Temp to perm opportunity, based on performance
- Supportive manager and team environment
