This role offers the opportunity to work as a true business partner & advisor to a successful business unit of a global well known organization. The role will provide commercially focussed, value ad support across a range of financial, project and people tasks. This is a diverse hands-on role that will work closely with a supportive Divisional Director.
Some key tasks include –
- Supporting the division to achieve their key strategic and operational goals;
- Project managing key HR, performance, reporting, operational initiatives;
- Reviewing the monthly performance of the Division to provide accurate commentary & value ad decision support;
- Attending & reporting on monthly divisional & management meetings;
- Assisting with preparing monthly Board reporting and insights;
- Partnering with Shared Services, HR & other internal Team Leaders to gain insight into their individual business units;
- Coordinating budgets, charge rates, expense management;
- Co-ordinating monthly reviews to ensure optimal resourcing & utilization of team members;
- Participating in L&D planning to ensure all teams receive both technical & non technical training;
- Assisting with team competency / performance reviews / workflow management;
- Ensuring internal compliance with building business cases, undertaking cost benefit analysis, & analysing operational costs;
- Supporting marketing initiatives, industry insight strategies, sponsorship opportunities; and
- Providing a range of ad hoc operational, financial & broader business support as required.
We are seeking an energetic, driven and commercially astute CA / CPA qualified professional. You must have exceptional stakeholder engagement ability & communication skills & be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a similar operational role. Prior exposure to professional services / Audit will be regarded favourably.
