To assist the Financial Controller or Assistant Financial Controller in the daily operation of the Finance Department. To be responsible for timely and accurate processing of the hotel payroll, maintaining payroll records, resolving staff queries, preparing payroll reports and analysis of the data. To directly oversee Accounts Payable process, as well as assisting with receivables, treasury, and store operations.
The Person:
•You will be responsible for accounts payable function .
•You will manage and execute payroll process.
•Maintain all relevant reporting & advise departments on payroll costs and support planning process.
•You will manage Superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Work Cover Administration in accordance with legislative requirements.
•You will support and work with the team towards the month end financial closing.
•You will assist the Financial Controller in all matters relating to insurance, compliance and owners relation.

378 guest rooms across two hotel brands along with 31 Conference rooms ranging in capacity up to a maximum of 1,200 people we offer the largest conference centre within the region. We offer the total food & beverage experience to all our guests including the Restaurant, Bar, IRD, Café & Executive Lounge.
What you need to shine:
•Previous experience in Account's Payable and administration of Payroll.
•Relevant knowledge of operating systems and financial systems i.e. SUN system , Opera and proficient in Microsoft Office .
•Relevant qualification of recognised accounting degree is required, CPA or CA status desired but not essential .
