A Big 4 Professional Services firm requires a Risk & Compliance Manager, to join their Sydney CBD based team in a permanent capacity.
The Risk & Compliance Manager will work extensively on multiple projects across the firm and ensure the firm’s compliance responsibilities are met while supporting the business in delivering quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple risk and compliance projects regarding internal policies and external regulations
• Internal audit
• Undertake periodic reviews of risk & compliance frameworks
• Design and implement processes and strategies to address non-compliance issues
• Act as risk and compliance SME and provide advice to the business
• Work with Project Managers to plan and deliver Risk Management projects
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Risk Management/Compliance/Internal Audit role
• Previous Big 4 experience favourable
• Proven ability to manage risk & compliance projects
• Exceptional stakeholder management ability
• Sound understanding of commercial and accounting principles
