About the role
As a financial accountant you will work in a strategic way with CEO and COO with a focus on the development of the Financial Accounting function of the business. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing monthly reporting, including actual results and variations from budget.
- Financial and management reporting
- Preparing monthly P&L statements
- Reconciliation to financial account
- Preparation and review of relevant tax schedules and returns
- Data entry (Accounts Payable & Receivable)
- Financial and data analysis
- Forecasting cash flow statements and working capital
- Preparing/reviewing and assisting with external tax reporting such as FBT, BAS, income TAX returns
- Liaising with Accountant ensuring compliance and audit commitments are met
- Building budgets and forecasts
- Payroll duties
- Bank and account reconciliation
- Managing superannuation contributions
- Bill payments and management of accounts payable
- Invoicing and management of account receivable
- Assisting Tax accountant with all tax related duties

Skills and experience
You will demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships with RoyalPay and adapt to company's vision, value and culture. This role requires you to have professional knowledge and experiences such as:
- Tertiary qualified in an accounting or business degree.
- Ielts score seven or more
- Fully CA/CPA qualified.
- Proven experience in financial and management accounting (Preferably 3-5 years' experience minimum)
- Advanced level with MYOB premier/MYOB Cloud/ Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Excellent communication skill (both written and verbal), ability to speak and understand Chinese
- High attention to detail and accurate reconciliation skills are essential
