The Company Story
Step into this newly created role within a Global FMCG Company that is known is nearly every house in the world. This NYSE listed company is built on passion for people, innovation and imagination. With a strong brand and a very impressive NPS score, they also have some impressive stats in Australia and are now looking to build on it with the installation of a new Commercial Finance Manager.
Your Opportunity
This newly created role will be a fantastic addition to the Leadership team of this Global FMCG business, this person will partner with the Finance Director as well as the Head of Marketing to provide Strategic Outlooks and Commercial Guidance for the brand.
Build the capability of the F, P & A and Commercial team having a real say in the outlook of the brand
Work closely with some well respected Leaders in the Industry
You will be provided with the opportunity to build an area based on how you see best.
What You Will Look Like
You will be looking for a permanent role. You would also like flexibility and a chance to learn new skills.
Importantly you have the right background in specific skills like Financial Modeling, partnering with Sales and marketing team, F, P & A leadership ability, coming from a large multinational, strong communication skills, knowledge of FMCG or Retail and Oracle knowledge would be hugely beneficial.
The Skills You Need
You will require really strong data analysis and modeling skills across the F, P & A area as well as posses really strong Commercial Acumen with a knowledge of FMCG a huge bonus
And apart from technical, you would be a really strong Leader with the ability to transform and grow this area of the business. MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU WON’T BE AFRAID TO GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY!
