Excellent opportunity for an AR/ AP Officer to join a growing organisation based in the Campbelltown region.

Your new company
Your new company is a fantastic organisation within the construction industry. Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced AR/ AP officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This role is to commence immediately at $27/ hour.

Your new role
Your new role will require you to perform the full function of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Your duties will involve (but are not limited to):

• Creating/ generating invoices
• Debt collection
• Allocating payments
• Opening customer accounts
• All credit check cuties
• Matching, batching and coding of invoices
• All reconciliations
• Answering queries and resolving discrepancies
• All month end duties
• Ad hoc accounting duties

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you MUST:

• Have recent and strong experience processing the full function of Accounts Receivable including conducting credit checks
• Have excellent communication skills
• Experience using an ERP system is highly desirable
• Have immediate availability to interview and commence this role
