The Role:
As a Senior within the Corporate Advisory team with Azure Group, you will work autonomously and as part of a team supporting the Manager and Partner. You will mentor and help develop junior team members and will be given the opportunity for exciting career growth yourself.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assisting Lead Advisers with M&A, valuations and capital raising
• Financial modelling and forecasting
• Financial investigations and due diligence
• Provide strategic advisory services
• Researching, analysing and interpreting data
• Attending board meetings, board reporting and corporate governance

You:
You will be degree qualified, most likely within the finance field and will have:

• 3-5 years  of related experience
• A proven ability in analysing transactions and deals, utilising statistical modelling and analytical methods
• The ability to understand, manage and manipulate complex data
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness
• Superb communication skills including report writing skills
• Advanced Excel skills

You will need to be highly motivated with an enthusiasm to develop yourself and will demonstrate a proven track record in strategic thinking coupled with superior technical skills and will enjoy working in a boutique, professional environment.
