This industry leading highly impressive multi-national business has been continuously expanding their operations across Australia, is a strong brand name and have developed a brilliant culture focussing on employee development, work/life balance, training and progression.
Due to company growth, a fantastic opportunity exists for a talented Payroll professional to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will have a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Interpretation of Awards, EBA's and Policies
- Ensure all data in the Payroll systems are accurate as per the current EBA's and Awards etc
- Monthly reporting and analysis of monthly stats
- Manage staff queries
- Process improvement
- Assist in month end & year end tasks

You will be willing to learn new systems and internal processes that will set you up for a successful transition into a highly successful team. A strong attention to detail, as well as being hands on and a team player is essential.
This client uses multiple large Payroll systems and is happy to look at suitable candidates without specific system backgrounds.
