About the Opportunity

“Customer service” is the key to this role as you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders and providing excellent service whilst managing the day to day accounts and financial administration duties.

This role needs your “Can do” attitude and ability to juggle tasks whilst maintaining service standards second to none.

The Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Excellent time management and prioritising skills
• Ability to identify improvements and achieve efficiencies in all office management area's
• Have the capacity to work through commercial issues and propose solutions along with an ability to implement accounting processes that facilitate this

Your duties will include:  

• Processing of Payroll
• Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Reconciliation of Key Accounts
• Sales support to customers
• Accounts support
• End to end Financial Management driving business processes & reporting
• Generating sales invoices, purchase orders, quotes and other supply documents in MYOB
• Debt Collection & Quarterly Business Activity Statements
• Business reporting and analytics
• Commercial review and analysis
• Continuous Improvement and Process Review
• Commercial review of potential contracts and Margin Analysis
• Developing monthly reporting and insight into business financial performance
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Innovation
• Various office duties as required

• An excellent communicator with a proactive nature, your tenacity and ability to think outside the square will ensure success in this role
• Strong computer skills, Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to identify and initiate cost saving opportunities
