Senior FP&A Analyst based in Macquarie Park

Your new role
Reporting into the FP&A Manager, you will be providing astute financial evaluation to drive decision-making on execution plans to boost revenue, profits and cash-flows. By providing timely, precise analysis with commentary on commercial and financial performance, you will in turn provide strong decision support to senior management and leadership teams. You will be presented with the opportunity to partner with other functions and be the lead in driving functional initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilising your financial modelling skills, you will perform advanced financial and feasibility analysis, integrating finance, commercial, regulatory and market dynamics
- Partner with various finance teams across the Asia Pacific Region to streamline and standardise processes to ensure precise business reporting and analysis
- Partner with Business Unit Heads to drive sales and revenue
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have post-qualifications experience in an accounting based role within a multi-national, complex environment. You will have strong stakeholder management and the proven ability to influence decision making, and a working knowledge of marketing and strategy concepts paired with financial modelling skills.
Prior experience in establishing guidelines for the preparation of budgets and forecasts, reporting actuals and variance analysis will be essential to succeed at this role. While not a requirement, experience in project management or business information systems and SAP and Hyperion knowledge will be advantageous.
