With customers in such a broad range of industries Connect Source has experienced continued steady growth particularly in recent years. We are currently looking for a part time Bookkeeper/Accountant to support the business This role will be part time 2 Days per week
Responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for month end procedures and reporting
- Preparation of year end financial statements
- Maintenance of general ledger and posting journals
- BAS and payroll preparation and lodgement
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Bank reconciliation
- Debt collection
- Developing and implementing financial procedures within the business.
- Complete monthly superannuation reconciliations payments and related enquiries
- Inventory reporting
- Monthly reporting to management
- Fixed Asset Management
- Cash Flow Management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience
- Advanced Excel Experience
- Greentree Experience desirable.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry with Job costing is desirable.
