Elton Group Pty Ltd has been operating successfully for over 40 years and we have established ourselves as a quality supplier of interior architectural products throughout Australia and overseas specialising in Acoustics, Timber Veneers, Plywood and other panel products.

The successful candidate will report to the Group Accountant and will be required to assist the company in Accounting and Office Administration.

You will require effective oral and written skills, good interpersonal and team management skills, an interest in business intelligence, ability to work in a small and entrepreneurial environment.

The duties required will be diverse and include some of the following:

Processing of accounts receivable & accounts payable

Preparation of Management, Sales and other Reports and Analysis

Bank Reconciliations.

General Ledger, Debtors & Creditor reconciliations.

Preparation of BAS and lodgements

Preparation and lodgement of Payroll Tax

Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

General Administration duties

Essential skills and experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and Excel.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Advanced understanding of Business Management Software such as Odoo, Netsuite, SAP or similar.

Excellent attention to detail in all aspect of the role.

Strong organisational skills.

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of clients and suppliers

Desirable:

Experience with Open Erp / Odoo.
