About the Company:
My client a leading construction company are looking for an accounts officer to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This role would be ideal for a graduate looking to kickstart their career who has 1-2 years’ experience.

About the Role:

Accounts Payable – 60% of the role
Prepare and process high volume invoices in Jobpac
Month-end reporting, accounts reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepayments
Expense Allocation
Prepare expenses
Balance sheet reconciliation
BAS, FBT, payroll tax compliance
Ad-hoc duties as required

About You:

1-2+ years’ experience in a similar role
You must have the capacity to operate both independently and as a team member to produce consistently high-quality work
High attention to detail
First class communication skills
Knowledge of the construction industry and the system Jobpac is a bonus
