The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting for experienced Collections Officer to join a large finance team based on the city fringe. This is a 3 month + opportunity starting immediately.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
• Collection of overdue accounts via phone and email
• Investigating disputes
• Receipting of credit card payments
• Reconciliations
• Ad-hoc duties as requested
Your Profile
To be successful, you will be a target driven Collections/Credit officer who thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills coupled with great problem-solving skills.
