This firm provides an opportunity to learn more about the consulting side of the business and get involved with speaking directly with clients face to face and over the phone. The Partners pride themselves in providing staff with autonomy and building up their skills quickly so that they can handle anything that is thrown at them.

This is unique as it is not the typical “behind the desk” role. There is a nice variety of work so you can be exposed diversely with your hands in many different pots. There is no fear of being pigeon holed into focusing on one specific matter. The focus on learning and development is evident; there is a genuine philosophy of up-skilling staff to benefit the career of the individual and the development of the firm.

Due to the size of the firm, there is no real “dog fight” for progression. There is less competition to move up the ranks and progression is based on your desire to progress and your constant improvement. Once you win the respect of your peers, your drive and technical ability will see you progress quickly. The firm promotes from within, with 1 Partner starting with the firm as an intermediate 10 years ago.

Minimum 4+ years local experience. Completing or completed the CA/CPA program.

• Intermediate: 4 Partner firm, gain exposure to Advisory work. SMSF included.
