The Client
This well - established business has seen huge success with their service offering to the Australian market and are now looking for a payroll professional to join their finance team.
The Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the company’s payroll of approximately 300 staff members. More specifically this position looks after the following:
- Processing salary and casual staff;
- Processing through ADP (system experience not necessary);
- Calculation of leave accruals, terminations, redundancies and all employee allowances;
- Verifying LSL calculations;
- Responsibility of all third party payments (including payroll tax, super and PAYG);
- Application of all deductions;
- Understanding and interpreting the award and EBA’s relevant to this business; and
- Other duties delegated by the manager.
About You
- 3 - 5 years’ experience with a payroll position;
- Ideally you will have worked in a medium sole payroll position;
- A friendly and collaborative working style is essential for this role;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; and
- Good deadline management.
