Insight a global IT Company, located in Brookvale is seeking a  PT Credit Professional with SAP experience.

Reporting to the Credit Supervisor APAC,  you will be responsible for a wide range of credit functions including:

  • Contact all customers with overdue balances each month.
  • Insure all customers receive statements
  • Runs various receivables reports, e.g. DSOs, customer ageing, ABTs, customer analysis reports etc in SAP
  • Creates spreadsheets for reconciliation and analysis purposes IN SAP
  • Corresponds with internal departments to resolve customer-billing issues.
  • Reconciles invoices and receipts.
  • Liaise with customer contacts to extract payment within appropriate guidelines
  • Analyse and determine appropriate measures for delinquent accounts
  • Process credits + rebills and ensures accuracy and authenticity of credit

To be successful in this role you must be proficient in SAP and have credit experience.

In addition you will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy problem solving, have a good eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
