Your New Opportunity:
You will provide leadership by managing a team of technically strong, intelligent accountants and reporting directly to the Senior Manager of the Business Services & Tax division. There is an opportunity for equity for all Managers. You will get involved in everything like supporting staff, managing client relationships, compliance and business developing. 

Very competitive salary. Up to $120k package for exceptional candidate.

What You Will Have To Succeed:

• At least 7 years' public practice experience in public practice with CA/CPA.
• You will have strong leadership experience to help your team and your client portfolio achieve their goals.
• You will have had exposure to workflow planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, Financial statement analysis, cashflow monitoring, and financial reporting.
• You will have a strong academic background. If you have an MBA, Master of Tax, Public Practice Licence, it would be favourable.
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
