Our client is a respected and established retail organisation organisation with offices located in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. They offer a supportive working environment and the opportunity to join a hard-working and driven team on a permanent basis. They are seeking a highly-skilled candidate with a understanding of the end to end accounts payable processes.

Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but won't be limited to:

• End to end accounts payable duties in a medium-high volume environment
• Maintaining positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring timely and accurate payments are executed
• Processing invoices in range of foreign currencies
• Tending to all related queries in a timely matter
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful candidate will have prior experience in an end to end accounts payable position. They will ideally have previously worked within the retail industry and also have previous experience using an ERP system. A high attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously when required is essential, as are excellent communication skills.
