They are seeking a talented Head of Commercial Management & Pricing to join the business and actively contribute to their continued success. This role is perfect for an experienced senior finance leader looking for a business partnering role working with key stakeholders. You will be driving revenue as well as improving financial understanding and reporting in the business units. The Role
Reporting to the CFO, as the Head of Commercial Management & Pricing you will be tasked with working with business unit leaders on financial reporting, pricing and analytics. More specifically the role will include (but not be limited to):
- Partner closely with practice group leaders to provide financial guidance and leadership including monthly management reports and profitability reporting
- Provide strategic and analytical advice on multiple aspects of finance
- Develop operational models, forecasts and pricing tools to be used across the firm
- Business partner with practice groups to oversee tenders and bids from a pricing and financial point of view
- Collaborate on the preparation of annual budgets for practice groups
- Assist senior leadership in ensuring financial literacy across the practice groups
- Ad hoc projects as required
Your Background
To be considered for this Head of Commercial Management & Pricing opportunity you will need to fulfil a number of considerations, namely:
- A proven track record in driving commercial decisions
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management, preferably in the professional services sector
- A comprehensive background in Financial and Management reporting
- CA / CPA qualified (or recognised equivalent)
- Strong modelling and forecasting experience particularly in pricing
- Proven operational exposure, ideally working in a Senior Finance position
