This opportunity will see the successful candidate step into a full time role that services our customers by managing incoming receivables, credit allocations and being a part of our positive customer experience from order to delivery.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maximise cash-flow through effective collection processes which includes daily outbound calls and emails, liaising with various departments, resolving customer queries, and troubleshooting and resolving reoccurring issues.
The Role:
- Manage of incoming receivables and customer credits
- Maintain an up-to-date debtors ledger in SAP
- Review and reconcile accounts
- Process journal entries
- Authorise release of orders
- Ensure receipts are correctly banked and recorded
- Follow up customer queries
- Process, investigate and generate reports, when required
- Ad hoc duties, as required
The You:
- 2 + years' experience in similar role
- SAP experience, or similar
- Accounting qualification, not essential
- Gregarious and articulate by nature
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft applications
