The company

Our client is requiring the services of a Part time Accounts Payable officer on a casual basis. Located in Brisbane’s CBD this company has seen exciting growth.

The position

The main focus of the position is to end to end process the accounts payable as part of a small team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Processing high volume invoices

· Coding

· Reconciliations

· Query resolution

This position is 3-5 days a week depending on project needs. Hours of work are 8-4pm with a degree of flexibility. Immediate start required.

The person

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:

· Excellent attention to detail

· Experience of working within a fast-paced engineering environment

· Over 2 years’ experience within accounts payable

· Advanced excel skills

· Working knowledge of SAP S4 essential

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· A can do attitude
