THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Director of HR Services, the Team Leader will manage the service, delivery and performance of the Payroll and Benefits team (who are responsible for the delivery of a range advisory and transactional HR services) including:
- Guiding and mentor team members
- Identifying, determining and implementing procedural and system improvements and innovative solutions
- Ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of data in the HRIS
- Regularly undertake quality improvement initiatives and audit controls to the satisfaction of audit requirement
- Research, identify and introduce new opportunities to strengthen organisational employee value propositions

- Solid experience in HRMS (including utilising systems to automate transactional HR activity)
