We are working with a global FMCG / pharma business who who provide a better standard of living for their customers. The business grows by innovation and research & development and whilst operating as a Listed Business, they give back to the community in a way that few businesses do.
Reporting to the ANZ CFO, the Commercial Manager will oversee a team of eight with the primary purpose of adding significant value to the S&M and Operations team's by providing high level commercial insights into the financial, strategic and operational sides of the business. Responsibilities will include budgeting & reporting, preparation and presentation of annual budgets, quarterly rolling forecasts, manage strategies up the global chain and sit as part of the leadership team to enure key stakeholders are engaged with the teams ability to provide advice and value creation to the business.
FMCG experience would be advantageous as would someone who has a flair for engaging going beyond the numbers. CA/ CPA qualifications are essential as is someone with a real desire to take ownership of a role that can really make a difference to the business. Future overseas opportunities are definitely on the table for high performers.
