About the business
de Kretser Chartered Accountants is Boutique Chartered Accounting Practice providing business advisory services and tax compliance based in Mount Waverley.
We look after the evolving needs of both businesses and individuals; from the simplest tax return to complex financial structuring and solutions of our exciting and diverse client base.
Applicants must have experience in a professional accounting practice, be CA qualified or on their way to obtaining CA certification, have advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products and cloud based accounting software as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About the role
The role is a full time position commanding a salary (negotiable) commensurate with the skills and experience of the applicant.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional accountant to join our dynamic team.
Duties will involve:
- Preparation of individual, partnership, trust, company, and self-managed superannuation fund financials and income tax returns
- Preparation of IAS/BAS
- Preparation of FBT returns
- Direct client contact & interaction
- Data entry/monitoring of clients Accounting software including MYOB, Xero and Reckon
