We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant/Office All Rounder to fill a permanent position in one Australia’s leading organisation and to further develop your skills.
Your roles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Providing support to the Accounts team
- Assist with Invoice/ PODs scanning and filling
- Validate and Process Customer Credits;
- Front desk management
- Switchboard management
- Facilitating email, phone and post correspondence for team members
- Answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Diary Management for office events and meetings
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Filing, scanning and processing documents
- Document preparation
- General ad-hoc duties
- Data Entry
To be successful you must possess the following:
- Previous experience in an Administrative/Receptionist role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel
- Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
