About Us

Rapidly growing organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take on a full-time Accounts Officer position

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Account Receivable

Create sales Invoices
Receive payments
Bank reconciliation & matching EFT payments
Ageing Report & follow up outstanding invoices
Customer enquiries

2. Account Payable

Enter purchase invoices
Enter reimbursements & customer rebates
Create Purchase Order

3. Filing & other ad-hoc duties

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

Qualifications in Accounting
6 months to 1 year experience in similar role
MYOB and Excel proficiency
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
High attention to detail, particularly with numbers, and high degree of accuracy
Willingness to learn
