Followmont Transport’s primary business is providing general freight services throughout Queensland and Northern NSW.
An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Relationship Officer to join our passionate Finance team at our Head Office based in Eagle Farm. This is an exciting and fast paced role offered on a full time basis, and will suit an experienced finance professional with proven Accounts Receivable and Credit Control experience.

Key Skills, Experience & Expected Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate customer ledgers
- Day to day contact with clients on overdue accounts
- Answering high volume customer queries
- Processing all AR transactions including receipting payments and creating credit notes
- Account reconciliations
- Investigating and assisting with client complaints and queries
- Filing and maintenance of records
- Previous experience in credit control and/or accounts receivable
- Experience in dealing with high volume customer calls and queries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly customer service approach
- Be self-motivated and be able to work well in a team
- Proven experience working in a fast paced environment
