This is an excellent opportunity for a Billings Administrator who is looking for a role within a friendly team with a growing company based in the South East Suburbs.

THE DUTIES
  • Billings
    • Capital expenditure
    • Miscellaneous expenditure 
    • Processing billing -  national & international
    • Queries – internal & external
  • Sales Order invoicing
  • Transactional Billings
  • Reconciliations
  • Reporting
  • Ad Hoc duties
ABOUT YOU:
You have hands on experience in either Billings or Receivables. Your accounting knowledge has been expanded within your current role. You are looking for the opportunity to grow and develop your skills. Possessing proven accounts receivables/billing or accounting knowledge as well as Advanced Excel skills, you relish roles where you are given responsibility.  Keen to learn, you are hungry to grow and develop within a supportive team.  Your ability to develop strong relationships will be highly regarded.  You work best in a team that has fun whilst being focussed on achieving results. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • VCE / Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting / BA Accounting
  • Background in Billings or similar
  • Pronto experience will be highly regarded
  • Excel – Advanced Level is a must have
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
