The Company
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Payroll Officer to join a leading Australian Property business. Focusing on sales, leasing and property management, this real estate agent boasts a friendly culture and is seeking someone eager to step into an exciting, fast-paced position. Located less than a one-minute walk from a train station, the successful applicant will be working in modern offices located in the heart of Sydney CBD. Due to growth and expansion, the business is seeking to fill a permanent role, offering a chance to develop existing skills.
The Role
Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced, end-to-end payroll position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing payroll for staff using ADP
- Processing payments in accordance with awards and EBA’s
- Maintaining all relevant payroll records including annual leave, long service and sick leave
- Assisting employees with all payroll related queries
- Assisting the processing of salary packages and termination payments
To be successful in this role, you will have
- 3+ years payroll experience
- Exposure to ADP essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
