Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Manage high volume Accounts Payable Invoices
- Manage and resolve high volume inquiries
- Dealing and resolving all internal enquiries
- Vendor Maintenance
- Statement Reconciliations
- Process weekly payment runs
- Adjustments
- Reporting
- Ad hoc responsibilities as directed by management
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding and knowledge of Accounts Payable within a high-volume environment dealing with high volume of supplier enquiries, therefore have a strong customer service focus!
Your excellent communication and organisational skills in addition to a genuine passion for ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently will ensure a successful long-term career working with a true market leader.
