We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Billing Officer on a 6 month fixed term contract to join SUEZ where you will be responsible for ensuring that run sheets are received and processed in an accurate and timely manner, regarding system deadlines.

The successful individual will demonstrate the ability to operate within a flexible and demanding work environment, exhibiting strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.

Primary duties, include, but not limited to:

  • Direct run sheet coding and input of billable volumes
  • Assist the Billing supervisor in the completion and input of billing information
  • Complete billing requirements to meet monthly deadlines
  • Maintenance of the archive of run sheets and supporting information
  • Assist the WA Billing Supervisor with any additional tasks when required
  • Assist Customer Service Officers in the provision of run sheets to answer customer inquiries and with general/support duties when required

Essential skills required:

  • Experience in a data entry position
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a busy working environment
  • Professional, positive and flexible attitude
  • Proficient computing skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent data entry, keyboard and numeric skills
  • Strong organisation and problem solving skills
  • Waste Industry experience (desirable)
  • JD Edwards experience (desirable)
