A rare opportunity is currently available to join an innovative and progressive financial services business. Commission Flow is a receivables lending business specifically designed to assist real estate agencies nationally. We are currently seeking a self-starter to join our small team as our business continues to expand. 

This is a perfect role for someone wanting to be part of a successful and growing business from the ground up. 

Your new role

• Processing Client loan applications.
• Daily receipting, payment allocations and issuing credit notes
• Issuing payment reminders
• Debt management
• Tracking and monitoring performance of loans.
• On-Boarding new clients.
• Preparing reconciliations.
• Developing systems and procedures for scalability. 
• Reporting
• Supporting the Accountant
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

What we’re looking for?

To be successful in this role you must have the following criteria:

• Experienced in B2B/commercial client services relationship management, client services or account management. 
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline.
• You will be a high performer, who is analytical with excellent attention to detail. 
• A strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Outstanding communication skills, be good with numbers and time management. 
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
